Lola Brooks is an artist, metalsmith, jeweler, educator, clotheshorse, and sometimes writer, who lives and works in Georgia. She received her BFA in metalsmithing from SUNY New Paltz in 1997. Since then, she has participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions both in the United States and abroad. Her work can be found in numerous museum collections, including the RISD Museum, The Yale University Art Gallery, the Museum of Art and Design, and the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
