Andrea Wagner, who has a German/Canadian background, has been permanently based in Amsterdam since pursuing her jewelry studies at the Gerrit Rietveld Academie and graduating in 1997.
Her work is regularly featured internationally in exhibitions and is part of public as well as private collections. She lectures and teaches occasionally. Wagner curated and organized the touring exhibition Golden Clogs, Dutch Mountains, which was shown in seven venues in the US and Canada in 2007 and 2008. She served as the co-curator for Walking the Gray Area, in Mexico City, in 2010.
