Atiyah Curmally

Atiyah Curmally has an MA in decorative arts and design history from George Washington University, where she wrote her thesis on the mid-20th-century studio jeweler Art Smith. When she isn't admiring jewelry, Curmally works as an environmental specialist on sustainable finance for a development finance institution in Washington, DC. In her free time, she serves as a curatorial volunteer at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of African American History and Culture to help build the museum’s jewelry collection.
