Media Sighting

Dearest princess, some may find it inconceivable that you chose to Instagram a photo of a homeless woman thumbing through an issue of Vogue. However, when I read your charming caption—"Paris is full of surprises… and @voguemagazine readers even in unexpected corners!"—I wasn’t nervous. Maybe I was a little bit concerned, but that’s not the same thing. As an astute observer of culture, you were simply calling them as you see them from the oft-overlooked perspective of the one percent. When you post as you wish from the streets of Paris fashion week, you’re bound to ruffle a few feathers. But I know you get it. Life is pain, highness; anyone who says differently is selling something.
