In 2002, Liv Blavarp gave a lecture at SOFA Chicago. This lecture was sponsored by AJF. From Norway, Blavarp is a master woodworker who creates one-of-a-kind, sculpture-to-wear necklaces or collars, with unique titles. Her work is widely recognized throughout the world and is found in the permanent collections of the most important museums internationally. She has also created wood sculpture, objects and architectural elements.
