James Tergau

James Tergau is an art historian who specializes in contemporary art and design. Based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, he worked as assistant curator on the exhibition The Gijs+Emmy Spectacle: Fashion and Jewelry Design by Gijs Bakker and Emmy van Leersum, which took place at the Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam in 2014, and was involved in various other museum exhibitions, including Beauty of the Beast: Jewellery and Taxidermy, which took place at Museum Arnhem in 2015. Furthermore, he worked as gallery manager for Upstream Gallery Amsterdam and as project manager for Gijs Bakker and chp…? jewelry.
